Job Summary:

ASQUARE Academy is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Associate to manage and grow our online presence. The role involves creating engaging content, running social media campaigns, interacting with students and parents online, and supporting marketing initiatives for our NEET, JEE, CET, and Foundation courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote courses and events.

  • Engage with students, parents, and followers online to maintain a strong community presence.

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and reach.

  • Collaborate with the creative and admissions team for marketing strategies.

  • Support promotional campaigns, webinars, and online events.

  • Ensure branding consistency across all digital platforms.

  • Stay updated with latest social media trends and tools.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Media/Communication preferred).

  • 0–2 years experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (education sector preferred).

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic graphic/video editing tools.

  • Strong communication, creativity, and writing skills.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of NEET, JEE, MHT-CET, or educational marketing.
